ABOUT US

APS ECOSYSTEMS
APS ECOSYSTEMS takes its name from its main core businesses, the processing of packaging converting residues and the environmentally friendly air and water treatment sector, and is constantly expanding.
If you are looking for specific expertise, innovative, high-performance, and long-lasting technologies or high-end products, we will be happy to study your needs with the aim of providing targeted, advantageous, and proven solutions, based on our experiences shared with the best international companies in the manufacturing industry.
The founding members of APS ECOSYSTEMS have over 47 years of experience (dating back to 1973) in the construction of water and air treatment systems.
APS to increase productivity and reduce costs:
In the packaging converting sector, we have been collaborating with PAC Precision Air Convey Corporation, a US-based company, for 19 years. PAC is a leading manufacturer of in-line CUTTER SYSTEM cutting equipment and centralized systems for the treatment and recycling of production and process waste in the plastics, packaging, converting, pharmaceutical, and food industries.
Our 40 years of experience continues to drive us to invest resources in experimenting with new products and applications aimed at enhancing our company’s expertise and expanding our offering with systems for volume reduction, compaction, recycling, filtration, dust removal, purification, regeneration, and waste-to-energy treatment of production waste.

In the municipal solid waste treatment cycle, APS ECOSYSTEMS supplies equipment and systems to companies operating worldwide for pneumatic and manual separation and biofiltration with engineered solutions.
APS designs and installs dry and wet pollutant abatement and treatment systems for both residential and industrial applications.
Given the complexity of the above, we can therefore conclude that our strength lies in the expertise and experience gained through managing and solving problems encountered over many years.
Our activities at national and international level are:
Design
Implementation, construction, management.
Implementation in compliance with Industry 4.0

To effectively and efficiently manage industrial waste and trimmings, as well as the dust generated during the manufacturing process that pollutes the product and the work environment, we provide ad hoc systems and equipment.
Our customers:
- Manufacturers and converters of plastic film and rubber;
- Nonwoven manufacturers and converters;
- Aluminum converters and producers;
- Paper converting companies;
- Bookbinders;
- Box factories;
Your problems are ours:
- Trimmings;
- Matrices;
- Production residues;
- Dust;
- Microdust;
- Extrusion and combustion fumes;
- Biofiltration;

The concrete difference of technology
To optimize and save energy, our plant equipment has been fully inverter-controlled for 20 years. The systems are designed to meet the needs of both small and large-scale production, in compliance with the new Industry 4.0 standards.
Our driver-driven fans are directly connected to the motor, allowing for energy savings and reduced mechanical stress. This results in a longer machine life and lower maintenance costs.
Our cutters and inline granulation systems are mechanically the most robust and high-performance on the market. Their scissor-type cutting systems prevent dust formation and ensure a high level of cutting line maintenance with low maintenance costs. The reliability of our FP78 and 811 cutters allows us to provide a written mechanical warranty for up to 10 years from commissioning!

Attention to detail is evident throughout every stage of the order process, with each item packaged, coded, and complete with packing list. Assembly is carried out by our specialized personnel, with all the necessary certifications for both ground and overhead work.
APS has a streamlined structure, employing just seven people, with a dense network of satellite companies that provide up-to-date expertise and tools, including remote supervision of even the most complex systems.
