Advantages and features

The pneumatic micro-pump delivers a tiny amount of lubricant to the nozzle through the internal capillary tube of the coaxial pipeline. The lubricant is picked up by the compressed air, which atomizes it and projects it toward the contact point, forming a thin, non-stick coating.

For a label trim or matrix removal system with pneumatic conveying of pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) materials, preventing the trim from sticking to the pipeline is a top priority. If even a single piece of PSA trim sticks inside the pipeline, other trims will adhere to it, triggering a snowball effect that can stall your production.
