Empty BIG-BAG Q8 series

The system was designed to transport plastic materials and efficiently solve granulate transfer problems within departments using pneumatic conveying. By combining a vacuum unit with piping, efficient conveying systems can be created to meet most process requirements for transferring materials from one system to another or to a storage facility. Depending on the distance and type of material, pneumatic conveying systems with capacities exceeding 7,000 kg/hour can be built. Individual systems are generally mounted on wheels or pallets for maximum system flexibility in production departments dedicated to:

• Cut plastic film, paper and cardboard.
• Production of adhesive and non-adhesive labels.
• Extrusion and production of plastic film.

Applications include:

• Transferring granulates between production processes.
• Suction and emptying of bags and BIG BAGS containing granulates and polymers.
• If combined with pre-cleaners, it can provide a system for separating recycled granulates.
