ITF Venturi system
Description
The ITF Venturi trim suction system can handle trim generated by film, sheet and paper production machines, as well as converting machines (cutters and slitters/rewinders). The system transports trim at the desired distance along the conveyor lines. These Venturi systems are a proven way to transport virtually endless trims in many applications.
Venturi systems are a cost-effective way to handle continuous trim with extremely low maintenance and significant labor savings. When combined with our blower units, the noise level is very low, allowing the system to be positioned directly in the production area.
Advantages and features
The Venturi system is available in both pre-assembled and custom-designed versions. For example, it can be installed to provide multiple suctions from a single system;
Venturi systems are available for different line speeds: low, medium, and high (over 1000 m/min). It is the ideal solution for having trims that can or must remain as a continuous belt and is also more cost-effective than an in-line cutting (or granulating) system, as it requires less maintenance.
The advantages of the ITF Venturi system are:

- Our Venturi system is easy to install and requires no additional work. Ultimately, the Venturi tube, fan, and ducting can be installed virtually anywhere, tailored to the customer’s needs.
