Compactor densifier
Description
The compactor (densifier) is used to automatically convert offcuts, loose scraps and other flexible plastic waste, film, sheets, polyethylene-coated paper and other waste materials (clean or dirty) into rigid and manageable bricks.
The machine is customizable for each process. The densification system can be quickly adjusted to change the size of the bricks for stacking or palletizing.
The compactor makes it easier for production waste to be reused, suitable for recycling, or disposed of more easily.
Advantages and features
The densifier can be seamlessly integrated into extrusion and processing lines, so waste material is automatically compressed after entering the densifier. It is then enclosed and exits compacted into manageable bricks, ready for reuse or disposal. The compactor can handle a variety of materials: plastics, nonwovens/PP/PBT, films, polyethylene-coated paper and other waste materials.
