CTS All-in-One 4 trolley system

The scrap is sucked in immediately after it forms through a suitably shaped suction inlet. This configuration is calculated and designed to achieve a dynamic and constant air flow both at the intake and along the entire length of the conveyor pipe to the separator.

The newly sucked matrix and trimmings pass through the “cutter FP78STD2” inline cutting system, where they are cleanly cut into pieces and conveyed to the separator. The material then passes into the compaction chamber, where the cut scraps are compacted by a screw conveyor into the continuous collection bag (L = 30 m), included in the supply.
