Briquetting presses for ferrous plastic materials and aluminum
Description
Briquetting machines are used to compress production waste to reduce its volume and facilitate handling or storage.
Our briquetting systems are engineered based on the type of material and their intended application. They utilize hydraulic compression: a high-pressure mechanical and hydraulic compaction cycle. A material containment hopper is attached to a loading platform composed of a rotating spoke, which feeds the material to a drawer controlled by a hydraulic cylinder that pre-compresses it in the compression chamber. A dedicated hydraulic compacting cylinder then compresses the material in the bushing-tube assembly.
Advantages and features
The main features of hydraulic compression briquetting machines are:
- They are equipped with an automatic briquette cutter.
- They are suitable for pre-cut material.
- The material is pushed into the compression chamber by a pusher, where it is mechanically compacted.
- Once formed, the briquette is cut to an adjustable length upon exit by a cutting device.
- The system is extremely flexible and can be adjusted according to the type of material being compacted, with pressure, temperature, speed and operating times.
There are many benefits:
- Reduction in volume.
- Reduced waste management operations.
- Reduction in logistics and storage costs.
- Environmental friendliness.
- Possibility of reusing waste as a secondary raw material.
- Increased value of processing waste.
- Profit from the sale of compacted material.
- Improved work area quality.
- Safety in waste storage in workplaces.
- Simplification of legislative waste management.
