Description
APS offers a wide range of fans in various versions to meet your needs. Upon request, they can be equipped with an inverter panel.
APS fans are medium- and high-pressure centrifugal units, directly coupled or belt-driven, and come in two types: open impeller and closed impeller.
Advantages and features
Open impeller systems are designed to move material through the impeller. The impellers are self-cleaning with curved blades for aerodynamic efficiency. The range covers air volumes from 1,000 m³/h to over 50,000 m³/h. Pressures range up to 1320 mm WG.
Closed impeller fans are ideal for Venturi systems. High-pressure blowers are the power source for many solutions and can be found in installations worldwide.
The installation of APS fans also includes:
- A suitable soundproof enclosure, allowing for flexible positioning of the fan, either inside the production area or outside the facility, depending on available space.
- Upon request, an inverter panel can be equipped. This allows for energy savings by controlling the speed and torque of the electric motor. The primary purpose is to regulate the speed so that the motor can operate at the required speed, using only the required energy.
