RTA Venturi system
Description
The RTA Venturi system is suitable for conveying processing waste, offcuts and continuous trimmings, as well as for transferring and bagging finished products. The powerful suction allows material to be conveyed over any distance without contact with moving parts. This ensures high system reliability and also makes it a valid solution for conveying odd-shaped components, offcuts, cups and tailings. This Venturi solution offers low installation and maintenance costs, with flexible layout options that can be adapted to any situation.
Venturi systems are a cost-effective way to manage pneumatic conveying, requiring extremely little maintenance and offering significant labor savings. When combined with our blower units, the noise level is very low, allowing the system to be positioned directly in the production area.
Advantages and features

- It is a very cost-effective system. In addition to requiring a low investment, its features also ensure low maintenance costs for the customer.
- It is simple to install and requires no additional work. Ultimately, the Venturi tube, fan and ducts can be installed virtually anywhere, tailored to the customer’s needs.
- Motor power is proportionate to the required performance;
- The RTA Venturi system is available in both pre-assembled versions and custom-designed systems. For example, it can be installed to provide multiple intakes from a single system;
- Venturi systems are custom-built to meet line requirements: systems for low, medium and high speeds (over 1000 m/min) while, at the same time, they require little maintenance.
