SLANT separator inverter
Description
The static separator is a machine designed for pneumatic conveying systems used in the plastics, paper and packaging industries in general.
The static separator splits the conveying air from the material in the suction system, allowing only a minimal volume of air to be discharged downwards along with the material involved.
Advantages and features
The separator is positioned at the end of the conveyor system, where the material is discharged into a fixed compactor, press, container or recycling system for the material extracted from the production lines.
The conveying air is expelled through the separator’s air outlet, either directly into the open air or directed in a filter to remove any dust from the air flux.
APS separators, in particular, are equipped with extraction fans with inverters, a feature that allows for better regulation of the intake air and optimal balancing for the system into which they are integrated.
