The antistatic ionizer removes electrostatic charges injected into the material and is used in conjunction with the conveying of granulate, plastic trimmings and previously treated materials.

The inline ionizer is specifically designed to neutralize statically charged materials in pneumatic conveying systems.

A standard input voltage of 220V AC at 50 or 60 Hz is sufficient for its operation and no special wiring is required.

It is available with Ø of 100, 160, 200, 250, 300, 350, and 400 mm but larger diameters are also available upon request.

The antistatic ionizer is a key component to:
