TRANSPORT WITH VENTURI SYSTEM

APS can provide any type and size of system, from small and compact pre-assembled systems to complete centralized systems for entire production facilities, with no distance restrictions.
Systems suitable for various situations
APS engineers select Venturi systems for medium and large-scale trimmings conveying applications. All systems are equipped with fans of adequate power to ensure the best possible efficiency. In sticky or greasy environments, “Wide Matrix” suction nozzles are used, featuring a unique low- and wide-slot design to maintain high suction speed.
Venturi systems are used to convey bottles, caps, capsules, and small components while avoiding contamination and/or damage.
Our Venturi systems are also used in food processing environments to vacuum medium and large bags containing meat and other products, offering the advantage of improved waste and environmental management. Furthermore, the fan can be positioned far from the intake point, outside the production environment, for absolutely clean production environments.
Venturi systems features
The Venturi system we create is a complete system, made up of additional components, in particular: the static separator, the soundproof cabin for the process fan, the electrical control panel and the tubular antistatic line KIT, which is installed near the discharge point.
Why use an APS Venturi system
The Venturi system is a very economical system, in fact, in addition to requiring a low investment, it also has low maintenance costs for the customer.
Our Venturi system is easy to install and requires no additional work. Ultimately, the Venturi tube, fan, and ductwork can be installed virtually anywhere, tailored to the customer’s needs.
Engine power ranging from 2 to 150 HP, demonstrating a wide capacity for adaptation to different volumes.
Tailored Venturi systems
The Venturi system is available in both pre-assembled and custom-designed versions. For example, it can be installed to provide multiple suctions from a single system, or it can be built with a trolley base for easier movement, depending on the needs of the production line. Its compactness also makes it particularly useful in confined working environments.
Venturi systems are available for different line speeds: low, medium, and high speeds (over 1000 m/min). It is the ideal solution for trims that can or must remain as a continuous belt and is more cost-effective than an in-line cutting (or granulation) system, as it requires less maintenance.
