APS operates in the fields of in-line recycling of plastic film trimmings (with in-line cutting systems or Venturi systems), shredding and pneumatic conveying, directly into extrusion, as well as the densification or storage of processing residues.
Our systems are engineered, manufactured, and installed to operate on production lines, at speeds of up to 1200 m/minute and with product thicknesses ranging from 5 µm to over 100 mm.
Recycling materials efficiently
Our suction systems collect waste materials directly on the production line and, with Venturi or in-line cutting systems, they can be sent to the recycling, accumulation, or volume reduction systems as required by our customer’s needs. This process eliminates all inefficiencies associated with production waste, starting from unwanted production stops to remove waste materials from the production lines. It also simplifies waste management within the production department.

We guarantee the perfect functionality of each machine, thanks to our in-depth knowledge of each individual model. We match the right unit to each application. Furthermore, the option of installing a variable speed drive allows for variable speed adjustment, resulting in a drastic reduction in noise and longer blade life.
To efficiently process scrap matrices and labels for PSA adhesive waste, APS uses a non-stick coating on the ducts in combination with the injection of a fine layer of mineral oil mist, the APSOil system, which ensures effective management while saving space.
